  • Group Size: Price per pax may be reduced for larger groups.

    Time of Year: Prices remain stable, but monsoon/rainy season (Nov–Feb) may affect availability.

    Accommodation Type: Pricing may vary slightly between lodge, homestay, glamping, or eco-hut (where applicable).

  • We are flexible with scheduling – Trips are available daily with advance booking, subject to the availability of local hosts, guides, and weather conditions (especially for outdoor
    experiences like rafting, trekking/hiking and camping).

  • Cancellations can be made 3 days before the trip, but 50% of the total package price will be charged.

    Cancellations made 24 Hours before or on the same day will be charged at 100% of the total package price.

    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Minimum: 2 pax

    Maximum: 16 pax for intimate programs (e.g. bushcraft, cooking classes)

    We can accommodate up to 20–120 pax for team-building or educational programs or customized programs (with adjusted logistics).

  • We’ll need a minimum 3 days in advance for all standard trips.

    For custom group bookings or large groups (15+ pax), 2–4 weeks in advance is recommended.

  • Adults: 12–65 years old
    Children: 5–11 years old

  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended but not mandatory. We advise all guests to purchase their own travel insurance.

  • All guests participating in rafting, jungle trekking, survival training, or canyoning must sign an Activity Waiver & Risk Acknowledgement Form before the activity begins.
